Is Luffy Finally A Yonko? See How Powerfull is Luffy Now!

The main character’s ultimate goal is to become the King of Pirates. The title “King of Pirates” is more than just a name. It’s a sign of freedom in a crazy world. The World Government, which we just learned in the latest One Piece chapters was the void country that fought against the Ancient Kingdom and is doing everything it can to keep people from learning about the world’s history.

It’s easier to say than to do. In the world of One Piece, there are pirates who go against the rules and systems set up by the world government and try as hard as they can to get the treasure of Piece. The world of One Piece is supposed to have everything there is to offer.

As the former and only King of Pirates, Gol D. Roger, said, he got the title by exploring the grand line and getting to the last island, Raftel. Getting to the last island is also harder than it sounds since no one has ever done it except the King of Pirates and his crew.

The pirates have set up a hierarchy, just like the world government does. The top pirates who have strong alliances and are known as the Emperor or Yanko are at the top of the hierarchy. Before becoming the King of Pirates, it’s clear that Luffy will have to become an Emperor or Yanko and make a name for himself. He just did that recently. So, we’ll write about when and how Luffy became an emperor.

Luffy hasn’t been named the Yonko in the anime yet, so this post will, of course, give away things from the manga. Now that you know what to expect, let’s get started.

When Does Luffy Transform Into Yonko?

The first original Yonkos in the series were given to four characters, and there haven’t been any new Emperors unless the last one was killed off. Whitebeard, Shanks, Kaido, and Big Mom were the names of the first four Yonko.

After Whitebeard was killed during the events at Marine Ford, Blackbeard took over as leader. Blackbeard became the Yanko when he had two devil fruits, got crew members from the ship’s mast, and fought the last of Whitebeard’s pirates.

Luffy, on the other hand, was already called the “Fifth Emperor” after the events of the Dressrosa, and he was in charge of more than 5000 people. But Luffy wasn’t named one of the Emperors until just recently.

After he beat Kaido and took his place as Emperor, he was also given the name “Emperor.” We saw Luffy fight Kaido three times during the raid on Onigashima. The first two times, he lost, but when Luffy woke up, he was a different person. This change shocked the world and showed what kind of warrior Sun God Nika is.

After Kaido was defeated, Wano country was once again happy. In One Piece Chapter 1053, “The New Emperors,” after a one-week time jump, Luffy was named one of the world’s Emperors. In the chapter, we learned that Kid brought the government-issued newspaper with the new pictures of Big Mom and Kaido as emperors.

Luffy was called the Emperor because, from the government’s point of view, it looked like he was the one who led the attack on the former Emperor, with pirates like Law and Kid following his orders. The person who replaced Big Mom was a funny surprise. He is Buggy the Clown, and he is making the world government think that pirates like Dracula Mihawk and Crocodile work for him in the new group called Cross Guild that is fighting against the world government.

Fans want to know when Luffy will become the Yanko in the anime. At this point, we can only guess. Taking into account that there is one episode for each chapter, my simple guess is that we might hear about Luffy becoming the Yonko in One Piece Episode 1070 or later.

How Powerful is Luffy Now?

Recently, Luffy was able to use his Devil Fruit’s divine powers to activate Gear 5. This made him very powerful. The user of the Gomu Gomu no Mi, whose real name is Hito Hito no Mi: Nika model, gains more strength and freedom when the Gomu Gomu no Mi comes to life. The user’s imagination is the only thing that limits the user’s freedom. Because of this, people say that the consumer becomes “the most ridiculous power in the world” because he or she can bring happiness to the people around him or her.

The most noticeable thing about Luffy’s awakened form is that he loses all of his colors, turning completely white, and his hair and eyebrows change to a lighter shade and a flaming form. The awakened form also gives the user and their opponent cartoon-like effects, like googly eyes.

Also, while in this state, the user is very happy and sure of himself, and Luffy’s heartbeat changes into a rhythm that Zunesha has called “the drums of release.” In keeping with the mythical nature of this new form, Luffy’s already rubbery body gets even stronger, more flexible, and more durable than it was before. In fact, he is now so flexible that he looks like a cartoon character.

Kaidou says it sounds like something from a comic book. One time this happened was when one of Kaidou’s bolo breaths hit Luffy right in the chest, but he was barely hurt. His body was charred (in a funny way), but he quickly got better and got back into the fight with Kaidou.

When he turned on Gear 5 again and got hit in the head by Kaidou’s Hassaikai, his head changed shape and wrapped around the weapon and its spikes. The same thing happened when Kaidou tried to smash him into the ground and his body was crushed in its place, but it went back to its original shape.

Gear 5 lets him use both Gear 3’s inflated limbs and Gear 4’s inflated muscles without having to pump air into his body. It also lets him make the ground around him stretchy and elastic. When Luffy first used it against Kaidou, he was able to make his arm huge so he could grab Kaidou’s changed body and pull him out of the skull dome.

Even though Kaidou was very big, Luffy could handle him because his arms and legs were bigger. He could swing Kaidou from side to side. Luffy’s rubbery nature can spread to the things around him, like when he lifted a piece of the ceiling and used it to send Kaidou’s Boro Breath back at him. Even though the attack was hot enough to destroy a castle, the boron breath did not burn or melt the changed ground, even though it was elastic.

This change to elasticity can even be used on living things, like how Luffy was able to stretch Kaidou’s eyes and the inside of his body. The biggest use of this form so far seems to be a combination of the user’s rubbery body and the awakening effect on living things. This gives the user an unusual way to attack by allowing them to stretch “through” whatever or whoever is in their way.

One example is when Luffy seems to stretch his arms out through Kaidou’s eyes to get out of his body. Another is when Luffy spins his arms around like a helicopter and then punches Kaidou in the face. The punch seems to go through Kaidou’s head before knocking him down, getting past Kaidou’s extraordinary defenses in the process.

Kaidou sees that Luffy is using both Busoshoku and Haoshoku Haki at the same time before that blow. At the moment, neither the full range of this ability nor how long it lasts is known. Kaidou has said that this and Luffy’s transformation state are very strange because they are similar to the Paramecia and Zoan-type fruit awakenings.
