Just when Rishabh Pant’s inning became a moment of the day, Ravindra Jadeja scored a fine 50 while holding the other end of the lower middle order.  India has powered to a massive 357 runs on board on day 1 one the first test against Sri Lanka. Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja displayed a fire display against the Sri Lankan side, helping the team with a strong total while once it seemed in a spot of bother.
