Team India sweats it out at Eden Gardens ahead of their T20 clash against West Indies

The Indian Cricket men’s team has steadily regained the momentum they lost at the start of the year after losing the series to South Africa. The former team looked bleak to wrap up their series with unexpected results but the proteas made it through under the captaincy of Temba Bavuma. The collapse of the middle order along with Virat, barely scoring runs, is seemingly an upheaval before the men in blue approach an ICC Trophy after a long wait.

The West Indies series is a theater of trials and tribulations where the limited overs’ captain, Rohit Sharma, is leaving no stone unturned in rectifying the flaws and errors. However, by winning all three matches against West Indies, the Indian side will be hoping for a longer rope to pull the same momentum in the limited-overs. India is expected to play their first of their three matches’ T-20 International series against West Indies on Wednesday, 16 Feb, 2022.
