Wriddhiman Saha: “The said journalist has neither got in touch with me nor has he apologised.”

The controversy surrounding Wriddhiman Saha remains unfolded as the BCCI has started investigating the matter and Saha is co-operating with the board.

As the controversy surrounding Wriddhiman Saha and BCCI remains unfolded, Wriddhiman Saha too hasn’t stepped back from interacting with the media. The wicket-keeper batsman for the first time has remained active in the headlines, otherwise his perpetual stance to remain out of controversies is hardly questionable. Soon after getting dropped from the squad, Wriddhiman Saha spilled beans on the promises made to him by Sourav Ganguly. He also exposed a Journalist who nearly threatened the batsman for not giving him an interview. Wriddhiman Saha quickly dragged the matter with BCCI and the board is investigating the issue on priority. But the fresh claims by Saha puts a question on the identity of the Journalist.

In an interview to Zee News, Saha said, “I am hurt with the message of the journalist. Neither have I ever behaved badly with any journalist nor have they misbehaved with me. But this was uncalled for. I wanted to expose him so that people know that the world of journalism has such people.” He further continued, “The said journalist has neither got in touch with me nor has he apologized.”
