Amazon is producing a live-action spinoff series based on The Boys’ satirical superhero chaos that would revolve around a superhero university. Prime Video will broadcast the new American superhero online series Gen V, formerly known as The Boys Presents: Varsity. Previously, Gen V was known as The Boys Presents: Varsity.

Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of Arnold and Maria Shriver, will star in Golden Boy. He has appeared in the films The Benchwarmers, Grown Ups 2, and Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, among others. In the 2018 film Midnight Sun, he made his debut as a lead actor.
Sean Patrick Thomas portrays Polarity; his resume also includes For All Man Kind, The Good Fight, Barbershop, and Save the Last Dance. Marco Pigossi, a well-known Brazilian actor, will play Edison Cardosa.
Derek Luh and Shelly Conn, who played Lady Mary Sharma on Bridgerton; Chance Perdomo, who played Ambrose Spellman on The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina; Maddie Phillips, who received plaudits for her role as Sterling Wesley on Teenage Bounty Hunter on Netflix; and Derek Luh round out the cast. Completing the cast are Asa Germann, Lizzie Broadway, and London Thor.
