Today, at the Television Critics Association’s 2023 Winter Press Tour, Freeform shared the first image of Maia Mitchell’s return as a guest star in Season 5 of the hit television series Good Trouble.
This comes just a few months before the series’ comeback on March 16, 2023, at 10 p.m. EDT/PDT on Freeform, followed by the next day’s availability on Hulu.
Mitchell portrayed Callie Adams-Foster on The Fosters, from which Good Trouble is a spinoff, beginning in 2013. In August 2022, the series was initially renewed for a fifth season. While she is not returning full-time, this new image confirms that fans of the beloved character will get to see her at least one more time.
When the program was renewed, it was unknown whether she would return to the series following her Season 4 departure.

On March 16, at 10 p.m. EDT/PDT, the fifth season premiere of Good Trouble will air on Freeform. The following day, on March 17, it will be available to stream on Hulu.
