When is Swat Season 6 Coming Out & How Many Episodes Are in This Series?

SWAT was renewed for a sixth season by CBS as part of the network’s fall 2022 schedule. The crime drama TV show is based on the same-named 1975 show and 2003 film. Shemar Moore plays former Marine and Los Angeles native Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson, the SWAT sergeant on the show.

While previous seasons have taken place in California, the team is leaving the state for a fresh take on the series. You will not need a passport to witness the elite unit in Thailand. SWAT is a procedural show, meaning that each episode usually presents a case that is investigated and solved within one hour.

Viewers don’t have to watch every episode to understand what’s going on, but they risk missing important character development points if they don’t. So far, here’s all we know about Season 6.
