Kaleidoscope is a 25-year heist thriller starring Esposito, Rufus Sewell, Jai Courtney, and others. Its USP is the order – or, more accurately, the lack of one, with Netflix encouraging viewers to watch episodes in any order they want before the finale.
The show is described as an “all-new anthology series following a crew of masterful thieves and their attempt to crack a seemingly impenetrable vault for the largest payday in history.”
Kaleidoscope, a brand new heist series that can be watched in any order to tell the complete story, is now streaming.

Because all eight episodes were released on Netflix this week, viewers may be wondering if there will be a Kaleidoscope Season 2.
Will there be a Kaleidoscope season 2 on Netflix?
Netflix has not yet confirmed a second season of Kaleidoscope, but it seems unlikely that it will return.
First, the show has been described as a “limited series,” which means it is a self-contained, one-and-done series – at least for the time being. In an interview with TV Line, Esposito discussed how the release of Kaleidoscope coincides with a busy period in his career.
“Thus, it’s as good as it gets, as busy as it gets, but I must admit that I’m experiencing a creative surge. I mean, I know that you and audiences are probably thinking, ‘Man, this guy never stops working,’ but I’ve had the opportunity to be in quality projects where I couldn’t say no,’ he said.
“I see the showrunner/writer, who I just felt had just such a great amount of talent, in Eric Garcia. I observe that each episode is directed by a different director, which prompted me to conclude, “Alright, I’m making mini-movies every week.”
Kaleidoscope isn’t as original as its presentation, but it’s still an experiment worth playing into.

It also appears the show has been conceived with re-watches in mind, rather than continuing the story. “I hope that everyone will have a unique perspective on the characters and plot,” Garcia told The New York Post. “The show truly comes to life in conversations between people and on repeat viewings in a different order.”
