Sang Jun met Jang Mi when he went to see Young Sik to find out what happened to Tae Ju. Then Jang Mi drops a huge bomb and tells Sang Jun what happened the night she spent with him. She also tells him that Ji Woo, who Sang Jun thinks is his nephew, is actually his real son. Sang Jun says it’s not true and takes Jang Mi to the police station, but Young Sik stops them and tells him the truth. Sang Jun finds out that Young Sik and Eun Joo raised Ji Woo as if he were their own son in secret so that he wouldn’t get in the way of Sang Jun’s career. Now all the family secrets are out in the open… Why this happened in the first place and why Young Sik and Eun Joo had to come this far. Sang Jun is very angry.
Sang Jun Confronts Se Ran About Kept Secrets
Sang Jun then asks Se Ran why she’s been quiet all this time, even though she knew a big problem was going to come out. Se Ran tells Sang Jun that everything will be okay if he just stays quiet and acts like nothing happened. Sang Jun was shocked by what he heard. Sang Jun asks Se Ran, “Why did you all keep this a secret? Was it because I was the main source of income for the family and you didn’t want to lose that?” Se Ran tells Sang Jun in a calm way that he is living the dream she never had and that she will do anything to stop him from doing that. If they just get rid of Jang Mi, everything will be fine, but things are different now that Sang Jun knows everything.
Moo Young gets a serious letter from the CEO’s daughter of Kahi Cosmetic’s partner. In it, she says that one of Kahi’s employees, Cho Nam Soo, recently hurt her father. This makes Moo Young very angry, so he tells his assistant to find out more about what happened.
So Rim asks Ji Hye how she met Nam Soo while they are working together. So Rim is surprised when Ji Hye tells her about the first time they met because that was when So Rim and Nam Soo were still together.
Sang Jun goes to the curry restaurant where Ji Woo works for Haeng Bok. There, Sang Jun was crying because he thought Ji Woo was his son. Everyone is a little surprised and wonders why Sang Jun is crying. Sang Jun wants him and Ji Woo to take a paternity test.
Gun Woo’s family thinks it’s strange that he orders baby things to be sent to his house. Even though no one knows that Hyun Jung is pregnant, Gun Woo is ready to be by his side no matter what happens.
It was said that Nam Soo doesn’t treat his partners well, so Moo Young talked to him about it. Nam Soo thinks that So Rim made this up, so he thinks of a way to get back at her. He goes to one of the coffee shops. So Rim plans a marketing campaign and tells the café owner to make enough food for 800 servings instead of the 100 that were originally ordered.
Sang Jun’s Emotional Confrontation with Tae Ju and Young Sik’s DNA Results
Tae Ju tells Yun Ho that she used to have feelings for him, and she asks him if he felt the same way. Yun Ho was a little surprised because he had never heard this before. Before Tae Ju lost her memories, he told her over and over that he liked her, but she always turned him down. Sang Jun happens to hear what they are talking about. Then, Young Sik calls him and tells him that Ji Woo’s DNA matches Sang Jun’s by 99.9%. Sang Jun is speechless.
When Tae Ju sees Sang Jun, they start to talk to each other. Sang Jun talks about the good old days when they met for the first time after elementary school. He tells Tae Ju that he wishes he could go back in time and marry her then. Then this whole mess wouldn’t have happened. He sobs and hugs Tae Ju, asking her what he should do.
At breakfast with Sang Jun and Tae Ju’s family, Tae Ju accidentally told everyone that Hyun Jung was pregnant. Sang Jun is shocked to the core and asks, “Who is the father?” Tae Ju begs everyone he can to keep this secret from Hyun Jung. Sang Jun tells Se Ran and Young Sik that he is selling his house so he can pay Jang Mi back. Se Ran gives up and tries to figure out what to do.
Gun Woo and Hyun Jung were taking a walk together, holding hands. When they saw Gun Woo’s grandmother, they let go of each other’s hands.
When Jang Mi goes to Haeng Bok’s curry restaurant, she meets Tae Ju there. But Tae Ju doesn’t seem quite right. Jang Mi asks her a few questions, but it seems like Tae Ju has forgotten who she is.
Nam Soo takes Ji Hye to see his friends, but Ji Hye overhears them talking about how Nam Soo was with So Rim and broke up with her because of the daughter of the new rich CEO. Nam Soo tells Ji Hye that he kept it a secret because So Rim is so obsessive and dangerous. Then, Ji Hye goes up to So Rim and tells her to leave her father alone.
