Watch the First Trailer for ‘tales of Babylon, a London Crime Thriller Starring Game of Thrones Actor Clive Russell

Tales of Babylon,” a crime thriller set in London and produced by Groucho Arts, has completed post-production and debuted a sneak look trailer.

Clive Russell (“Game of Thrones”), Billie Gadsdon (“Cruella”), Aaron Cobham (“The Spanish Princess”), Paul Cassidy (“Outlander“), Maria Crittell (“Doctors”), and Ray Calleja (“Mr. Selfridge”) are featured in this film. It is directed by Pelayo De Lario, whose 2021 festival film “Jack” won an award.

In “Tales of Babylon,” two siblings attempting to flee their violent mafia grandfather join up with a pair of theatrically inclined hitmen in pursuit of a new life. It was filmed in the Docklands, Brixton, Greenwich, Hammersmith, and Hoxton areas of London.

De Lario stated, “We are ecstatic to have finally completed ‘Tales of Babylon.’ It is a project that we have all put our hearts into, spending countless sleepless hours to make it the incredible film that it is.

‘Tales of Babylon’ was very personal to me because, despite being a story about gangsters, it is a story about London, with the city as the protagonist and everything that makes London so special at its core, including its diversity, its unique culture, and the variety of characters that make it such an exciting city.

“Tales of Babylon” is also a film about the family, about finding your own family, and about atonement, as the heroes attempt to make up for their past errors during the course of the narrative. I can’t wait for everyone to watch “Tales of Babylon” because I’m certain they won’t be able to take their eyes off the television.
