The 10 Greatest Arsenal Players in the History of the Premier League!

As one of the greatest players in Premier League history, Henry is largely considered to be one of the greatest Arsenal legends. No one is surprised that most of Arsenal’s greatest players were members of the Invincibles, the greatest Premier League team ever. They may be without a championship right now, but North London’s greatest achievement remains unmatched.

Wenger’s Arsenal is a rare breed. At its heart, Arsenal is still a club that attempts to do things the right way, the appropriate way, or the ‘Arsenal way’ despite their recent success in the Premier League. A complete list of Arsenal’s greatest players has been compiled here.

10 Pat Jennings

It takes a special type of ability to overcome the North London rivalry. Pat Jennings was an Arsenal icon because of his singular talent. Before joining Arsenal, he played 13 years with Tottenham Hotspur. When it comes to bridging the gap, other people have been both loved and loathed, but not Jennings.

He’s one of the all-time greats in the position of goalie. A Northern Ireland record of 119 caps was his over his 22-year international career. After more than 1,000 games at the top level, he was named Footballer of the Year in 1973. Five important honors, including an MBE and an OBE, and a knighthood, were bestowed upon him.

9 Charlie George

He is an Arsenal legend and a hero, Charlie George. Charlie was a star at Highbury in the early 1970s, drawing unwelcome attention both on and off the pitch. As a “true Cockney renegade,” he was revered. George was a standout player at Arsenal because of his work ethic, ball control, and passing skills, as well as his willingness to engage in physical play.

Bergkamp is one of Arsenal’s legendary defenders, and he is affectionately known as the ‘Non-Flying Dutchman’ by Arsenal fans because of his fear of flying. Bergkamp had a shaky start to his Arsenal career, failing to score in his first six Premier League appearances and drawing criticism from the national press.

It took the Dutchman till the end of the season to shake off his malaise, and he finished with 11 goals in 33 games. During the following seasons, Bergkamp, together with Ian Wright, established themselves as one of Arsenal’s most potent attacking threats, scoring 16 goals in 28 games during the club’s 1997/98 double-winning campaign, which was his first trophy with the North London side.

1Thierry Henry

Henry is regarded as one of the most illustrious Arsenal legends. He was born on August 17, 1977, and is widely recognized as one of the best attackers in the history of the game, as well as one of the greatest players in the history of the Premier League.   Thierry Henry scored 24 goals and provided 20 assists in a season in which no other striker had ever accomplished such accomplishments before. Frenchman Didier Drogba established the record for most assists, which has been unbroken for 18 years, with Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne equaling it in the 2019/20 season.

While playing for the Arsenal Invincibles, Henry finished second in the FIFA World Player of the Year award in 2003 and 2004. He was also a finalist for the Ballon d’Or in the same year.
